## Training Options

#### Webinar

Schedule an in-depth webinar training and learn everything you need to know about FirstTwo. The training will include every feature of FirstTwo. This training always proves to enhance usage and success. We can schedule these training sessions for any time of day to accommodate all shifts.

#### In Person

Level up your FirstTwo skills with our intensive in-person training. Learn from expert instructors on-site, network with peers, gain practical knowledge and engage in discussions that enhance the success of your FirstTwo searches. Our training team will travel upon request.

#### Self Learning Videos

As part of our ongoing commitment to your knowledge of FirstTwo, we've launched a library of short training videos. These videos offer quick refreshers and in-depth learning on key topics.

#### eLearning FirstTwo Academy

Complements our existing training options, providing a more comprehensive approach to skill-building while reducing the need for in-person training and minimizing disruptions to shifts.

**Interactive Learning:** Engage with dynamic content.

**Efficient Skill Building:** Gain expertise on your schedule, anytime, anywhere.

**Reporting:** Track officers progress and completion

**How to Get Started:** Participating is easy. Just contact training@firsttwo.com if you are interested in setting this up for your agency and we will provide you with access via a link to our Learning Management System. The module takes approximately 25-30 minutes to complete, and personnel will receive a certificate for completing the course.
