Founder / CEO
Niraj was previously cofounder of Intelius, inome and Talentwise which had a combined revenue close to $1 Billion since inception.
In June of 2015, Intelius and inome were sold to a private equity firm.
In Jan of 2016, Talentwise was sold to strategic SterlingBackCheck and Goldman Sachs to create the largest screening company in the US.
Niraj has a deep background in big data solutions around people and analytics.

Dave McAlpin

Founder / CTO
Dave comes to FirstTwo with over 25 years of experience as a software architect and full stack developer. In his previous position as architect at Intelius, he designed and developed high-performance systems processing hundreds of millions of calls per month. His background and interests include big data, analytics, machine learning and natural language processing.

David Nisleit

David recently retired as Chief of the San Diego Police Department, capping a remarkable 36-year career with the agency. Widely respected for his leadership in community policing, technology adoption, and public trust initiatives, David brings invaluable experience and perspective to our work with law enforcement agencies nationwide.

Art Acevedo

With over three decades in law enforcement, including leadership roles as Chief of Police in Austin, Houston, and Miami, Art is a nationally recognized voice on public safety and policing innovation. Art is known nationally for his outspoken advocacy on issues such as community policing, officer accountability, and public safety reform. He also held leadership roles in national organizations, including serving as President of the Major Cities Chiefs Association.

Sean Duggan

Sean Duggan retired in 2024 after a distinguished 37-year career in policing, concluding his service as Chief of Police for the City of Chandler. Throughout his leadership, he championed community-focused policing, officer wellness, and the integration of technology and evidence-based practices. Duggan held the role of Vice President at Large on the Executive Board of the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) and continues to contribute as a member of the IACP Leaders Advisory Group. He earned both his B.S. and M.S. in Justice Studies from Arizona State University.
